About Jen Hilll
When you’re facing hard times—whether it’s struggling to pay rent, putting food on the table, navigating healthcare, or figuring out if you qualify for assistance—what you need most is someone who genuinely understands and knows how to help.
That’s where Jen Hilll comes in.
Jen is not a company, a chatbot, or just another online service. She’s a real person with a real mission: to help people access the support and benefits they deserve without the overwhelm, confusion, or shame that often comes with asking for help.
Backed by a small but dedicated team, Jen has helped thousands of individuals and families across the U.S. find meaningful support through programs they may not have known they were eligible for. Her work is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves stability, opportunity, and peace of mind—regardless of income or background.
A Mission Born From Real-Life Struggles
Jen’s journey into this work didn’t start in an office or with a government agency. It started with personal experience.
She saw first-hand how hard it was for everyday people to access the help they needed—especially when they were already under immense stress. From single parents juggling multiple jobs, to seniors on fixed incomes, to workers who “earn too much” to qualify for certain programs but still can’t afford basic expenses—she witnessed how the system too often fails those it’s meant to support.
Jen also realized how many people miss out on vital benefits simply because they don’t know where to look, or they assume they don’t qualify. And when they do try to find help, they’re met with outdated websites, broken links, ads disguised as resources, and endless confusion.
So, she decided to do something about it.
What started as helping friends and neighbors navigate their benefit options has grown into a trusted, grassroots effort to bring clarity, support, and human kindness into a process that too often feels cold and complicated.

Their process is built around simplicity, clarity, and care—no jargon, no judgment, and no pressure.
How They Work
Every person’s situation is different, and that’s why Jen’s approach always starts with listening. She and her team take the time to understand your specific circumstances—your income, household size, employment situation, goals, and concerns.
From there, they offer personalized guidance, walking you through what you may qualify for and how to take action. If needed, they’ll help you fill out applications, gather documentation, and even navigate appeals or follow-up steps.
There’s no automated system that just spits out links. You get real human support from people who care—and who want to see you succeed.
And most importantly, your privacy matters. Everything you share is kept confidential and treated with respect. You’re never just a case number or a data point. You’re a person with a story—and your story matters.
Why It’s Free
You might be wondering: “What’s the catch?”
There isn’t one. Jen doesn’t sell your information, and she doesn’t charge for the help she provides.
This work is funded through partnerships, grants, and community support, allowing Jen and her team to focus on what truly matters: helping people connect with the services they deserve without barriers.
There are already enough hoops to jump through when you’re trying to find help. Jen’s mission is to remove as many of them as possible.
